Photographer Invitation!
Dear Photographer:
You are cordially invited to enter your work in the 4th annual Oldtown Photo Calendar Competition on October 18, 2009. Last year about 30 photographers participated, and 200 visitors came to vote for their favorites that are now in our new calendar!
This year, the Calendar Competition will be a featured venue of the Natick Open Studios weekend! With our 2010 calendar on sale this fall all through the community, and lots of great publicity, we look forward to even more excitement this year.
If one of your photographs wins, it will be included in the next Oldtown Calendar, and your work will be seen by hundreds of people in our community over the year. The calendar is used as a fundraising tool for local nonprofit groups, but that's not all. Other benefits from this project include a chance for local photographers to meet each other and show their work, and a real sense that folks in the community, through your photographs and the competition itself, have a deeper appreciation of the place in which we live.
