Broken Broom, South Natick Zen Sangha

Please join a morning of zen meditation hosted by Carol Morley. The Broken Broom Zen Sangha is part of the DharmaWheelAsanga, a community of Soto Zen teachers in the New England area. All are welcome; no experience in meditation practice is necessary. We offer two, 25 minute meditation periods and one five minute walking meditation. Dharma talks with discussion are offered every other week during the second sitting period. You welcome to stay for all or part of the time. Please wear loose- fitting clothing in dark colors. If this is your first time, then please plan to arrive at 8:45 for a short orientation to sitting practice. If you have your own meditation cushions then please bring them as we have a limited number of cushions. Chairs are available. If you have any questions, please email Carol.
