Baseball Sunday Service with Herb Crehan and WooSox game after!

Save the date – August 4th!! will be our annual trip to see the Worcester WooSox play the Buffalo Bisons (affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays). So far this season the WooSox aren’t doing great because most of their players are up with the RedSox – but hey! – it’s a day at the park.

We have great third base reserved seats, which is shown in the picture above. And likely a trip to Armsby Abbey afterwards for those who fancy a Hill Farmstead beer.

But of course the best part of the day is the Sunday service with the "sermon" done by our own baseball savant Herb Crehan. The sermon title is "How baseball imitates life, for better or worse!" There is a chance we could get more than 20 tickets if we need to but to be safe (not "OUT!") sign up now by emailing Treasurer@TheEliotChurch.org. Tickets are $20 and include a $2 coupon that you can use to lower the cost of your hot dog.
